The Role{{:}}

The Senior Operations Analyst, Inventory, is a solutions-focused leader adept at navigating complex processes and guiding teams. This role requires fostering effective communication between internal departments, such as the warehouse, external manufacturing, customer supply chain, and transportation, to ensure inventory is in the right place, at the right time. As both a player and a coach, the Senior Operations Analyst will perform essential analyses and business functions while mentoring team members. Additionally, this role involves planning, prioritizing, and managing workloads in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.

This is an in-office, full-time position at Congo Brands HQ in Louisville, KY

Key Responsibilities{{:}}

• Performance Management{{:}} Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance?evaluations to drive individual and team growth.
• Proactively monitor inventory levels to prevent out-of-stocks across multiple brands and categories.
• Identify opportunities to develop and improve efficiencies in the methods used to monitor 3PL inventory levels to provide world-class customer service to our distributor partners.
• Perform detailed and segmented analysis on available inventory and depletion data. Establish and understand the relationship that production, orders, depletions, and promotions have on 3PL inventories and develop processes to respond proactively.
• Develop analytical tools to benchmark inventory performance and identify opportunities for future growth.
• Develop processes, analysis methods, and relationships to ensure an uninterrupted flow of Alani products through the distributor network, including freight forwarders and vessel brokers.
• Supports internal and external audit activities, as required, to ensure that auditors are provided with the necessary information to complete their audits timely

Key Skills and Experience Preferred{{:}}

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to utilize advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools effectively.
• Ability to think cross-functionality, join data from various sources, and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Excellent planning, root cause analysis/problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• NetSuite experience preferred
