Position: Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations and meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Demonstrate proficiency in AC and DC electrical theory and understanding of 3-phase motor control circuits (preferred but not mandatory)
• Utilize knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMIs, VFDs, and other automated controls, and perform troubleshooting as needed
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on all manufacturing and facility equipment and systems
• Execute preventive maintenance on production, processing, and plant equipment
• Follow instructions and perform duties independently when required
• Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts as necessary
• Accurately complete all required documentation and reports
• Be available for scheduled and unscheduled overtime and adaptable to various shifts
• Adhere to GMP guidelines, maintain a clean work area, and operate equipment safely
• Participate in meetings, provide training to others, and fulfill additional responsibilities as needed
• Contribute to a culture of safety by following all company safety procedures, operating equipment safely, and reporting any unsafe conditions to the supervisor
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certificate or Associate Degree preferred (not mandatory)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Possess own hand tools required for the job
